Windows SmartScreen can flag new downloads. If you see "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway. If your antivirus quarantines the app, restore it and add an exception — the app only downloads plugins from our servers and writes license files.
If macOS blocks the first launch, right-click (or Ctrl-click) the app in Applications and choose Open, then confirm. On newer macOS versions, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway next to the blocked-app message.
Make sure you're signed in with the exact email you used at checkout — a different address means a different account. Still stuck? Contact support with your order number and we'll link your purchase.
Restart the DAW and force a plugin rescan (most DAWs have a "rescan" or "full rescan" option in their plugin settings). Check that your DAW scans the standard VST3/AU folders and that you're running a 64-bit host.

Yes. Trials are fully functional with a 20-minute session limit. When you purchase, the app unlocks the full version instantly — no re-download, no reinstall.
Windows: VST3 and AAX (64-bit). macOS: AU, VST3 and AAX (64-bit, Intel and Apple Silicon). The app installs them in the standard system locations so your DAW finds them on the next scan.
Updates and bug fixes are free. Open the app and it shows when a newer version of one of your plugins is available — one click updates it.
Only for installing and activating. Once a plugin is activated on your machine, it works offline in your DAW.
